Prices
Prices are stated in three major currencies: USD, EUR and GBP. In the upper right corner of each page you are able to choose the currency you wish to look the products in. The currency in which you place products in the shopping cart will be the one that will be processed to Paypal. Depending on your local currency, there might be small discrepancies in the actual amount charged to your credit card due to foreign exchange rates.
Payment
BestMensTies.Com both respects and values the security of internet transactions. We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as possible. We do not store your payment details on our server. All transactions made through BestMensTies.Com are processed by PayPal and we use their secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment.
You can pay with most bank or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Switch/Maestro, Solo), or with your PayPal balance. We do not charge any transaction fee. We use PayPal’s credit card payment solution both if you pay with a credit card or a PayPal balance.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be able to process your order until payment authorization.
Charges made to your credit card will be in either USD, EUR or GBP, depending on the currency chosen in the upper right corner of each page on BestMensTies.Com. Due to an ongoing fluctuating exchange rate there may at times be a discrepancy in currency conversion.
Products
We try to publish the best photos possible of our products and display colors as close to reality as possible. However, colors may appear differently on different monitors, therefore we cannot guarantee that photos perfectly match reality.
Taxes and Custom Duties
You will be responsible for paying any taxes incurred at the delivery destination. This may include, but not be limited to, any local sales tax or import duties. We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty and Taxes Unpaid) basis and ship most of our products from Croatia (unless otherwise stated on the product description page). Check with own country Customs and Excise for further details. While we will endeavor to meet delivery date requests, understand delays may sometimes be unavoidable, such as weather conditions or clearance by customs. When requested, ensure the correct information is provided to customs to ensure your goods are cleared without delay. We are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs and Excise.
Shipping and handling
All deliveries are subject to credit card authorization. Items will be handed over at the requested destination only on a signature being obtained, at which point all responsibility and risks for your purchase are passed onto you. If a signature is not present for the hand over of items by the post or courier company, your purchase will be returned to the post or couriers’ depot and will only be dispatched once arrangements have been made for redelivery by you and the post or courier company.
We ship worldwide and we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually on the same or next working day from your order. We keep all the stock at our premises so we are able to ship products as soon as possible.
When ordering, you are able to choose between Standard and Priority International Courier shipping.
For Standard shipping we use normal postal services without tracking for a fixed price of 3,99 USD to any destination in the world. It can take up to 16 working days to receive your order, depending on your destination.
For Priority International shipping we are in partnership with FedEx and DHL to deliver your order as soon as possible. For a fixed price of 19,99 USD you can have your order delivered to your doorstep in up to 4 working days, depending on your destination.
Shipping costs may change without notice.
Promo codes (vouchers)
From time to time we will be offering promo codes (vouchers) of certain value that will deduct the total value of your bill. You can use only one voucher per order.
Return Policy and Complaints
If you are not happy with your item(s), let us know within 30 days from delivery date at returns@bestmensties.com. We will exchange or refund the sales price when you have returned the item to us in salable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All return, shipping and exchange costs are covered by the customer.
Purchased items are determined non returnable if worn, washed, altered, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. All items will be subject to a quality control check upon receipt, and if the above requirements have not been met, we will return the item(s) to the customer at his cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item being returned to BestMensTies.Com is correctly and securely packaged and is fully insured whilst in transit. All undamaged, correctly returned goods will be credited to the original credit card holder only. This credit may not appear on your credit card statement immediately.
If you receive faulty goods, contact us immediately at returns@bestmensties.com and we will take over the cost of return and exchange.
