What is your return/exchange policy?
First and foremost, we want you to be satisfied with your order.
If you are not happy with your item(s), let us know within 30 days from delivery date at returns@bestmensties.com. We will exchange the product or refund the sales price when you have returned the item to us in salable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For all returns, shipping and exchange costs are covered by the customer.
Purchased items are determined non returnable if worn, washed, altered, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. All items will be subject to a quality control check upon receipt, and if the above requirements have not been met, we will return the item(s) to the customer at his cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any item being returned to BestMensTies.com is correctly and securely packaged and is fully insured whilst in transit. All undamaged, correctly returned goods will be credited to the original credit card holder only. This credit may not appear on your credit card statement immediately.
If you receive faulty goods, contact us immediately at returns@bestmensties.com and we will take over the cost of return and exchange.
